Sailor Nebula

While fighting a strange new monster, the Sailor Scouts are surprised by the sudden appearance of a Scout they have never seen before.  Calling herself Sailor Nebula, she leaps into battle and handily defeats the creature.  After declaring to the confused Scouts that she is "a friend" just vanishes just as promptly as she appeared, leaving many questions in her wake.  Who is Sailor Nebula?  Was she from the Moon Kingdom?  What planet does she represent?  Where has she been?  Why does her mask look like Venus' old Sailor V mask?  But most importantly, is she somehow connected to the rash of monster appearances and people slipping into comas around the city?  The Sailor Scouts must race against time to find the answers to these questions to find out if Sailor Nebula truly is friend or foe.
