The First Encounter
On a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Middleton, two pigtailed tween girls talked and giggled as they walked down the busy sidewalks.  They had been enjoying a day of mostly window shopping and browsing stores but they did pick up a few things here and there.  Such as the books Luna had been meaning to get for awhile and the art supplies Chibishin needed to get.  Turned out colored pencils and markers wore out faster than she expected.  
Once they were done with their actual shopping they continued to walk around a bit before deciding to head home.  A decision helped by the fact their parents had called them and told them it was time to come home since it was getting dark.  Chibishin offered a small protest but knew her mother was r

She's based slightly off the Gotham portrayal of Selena Kyle thanks mostly to some fanart I've seen of her and Bruce from the series floating around.  Hence why she has the goggles an all the black.  But I went with blonde hair to make her stand out just a bit more and I do kinda like the blonde haired Catwoman that was around for awhile thanks to Batman Returns.  

Course her full name is "Katherine" but she likes to go by "Kat".  Which when combined her with last name kinda makes her a reference to the comedian Katt Williams but that was completely unintentional .  But hilarious and something I WILL bring up in future stories with her.  And yes, I do plan on having her cross paths with Chibishin again sometime.  Whenever the inspiration strikes me!  Hopefully that won't take too long.
